Location: Illinois | Can anyone give me a quick breakdown of what leader to use with a given lure (topwater, glide bait, crank, soft plastic, bucktail...)? I just want to make sure that my leader choice is not hindering a given lures action. Thanks! |

| I use single strand wire for everything. I use different lengths and # wire for different baits. Longer thin wire ( 124#) for bucktails, and shorter heavy wire (195# or 212#) for gliders and other jerk baits. |
