I know that this is short notice, but my wife and I are planning a Labor Day weekend trip and was wondering if anyone would have any suggestions on places to stay in the Eagle River area. Not sure if I want to be on the chain or not but would like to be on a musky lake. I would be open to resorts or if anyone know of any private cabins.

Thanks in advance,

Kyle

We were up there a week ago all the small motels were booked but ended up finding a place at the Eagle River Inn and Resort. We stayed in a suite so it was expensive for the night and the place was a bit dated for the cost. Not sure what a reg room goes for.

Location: The desert
Stayed at "The Last Resort". It was nice, but not ideal. Cabins weren't on the water, but they did have a beach. No boat docking either. Owners were very nice, but doesn't cater to fishermen.
