Location: Ashland WI | What is your go to lures when targeting muskies in clear lakes? Specifically the 16' - 22' range.
I have been looking to get a Bondy Royal Orba. It seems like it would work great for this. |

Hardheads, Big Joes, and any crank. Black/white/silver if you cannot decide what color to throw. |

Location: Hayward, WI | Hardheads, Bulldawgs, Curly Sues, Triple D's, Depthraiders, and sometimes big double blades if the fish are higher up, willing to come up, or on weeds/weedlines.
Any other similar baits, among others should work too, but the above get quite a bit of water time in my boat on clear water. |

Location: Ashland WI | For those mentioning dawgs (or other rubber), do you count them down at all? Or just start working them right away? |

Yes.
Earlier in the year I find myself not counting them down too much, or at least typically not very far.
Mid summer when the water gets warm and a thermocline sets up I often count them down and will often be trying to keep them down 10+ feet. |
