I held one of these in December before they were introduced to the public and I was surprised how much of a different I noticed from a similar LT blank.

Doesn't sound like they plan to make full cork initially. Rich specifically mentions using split grip design in the video to keep weight of the rods to a minimum.

Once they make a full cork version Im in. Just cant justify buying a rod for 550 then sending it off and tearing it apart for full cork. Im a skinny guy and even full cork grips wear on my ribs and forearm after a long day casting.
