Diet dew. Don't need a warden or sheriff patrol dude taking me in in handcuffs, so I never have alcohol in the boat.

Hydrogen Hydroxide, the universal solvent, the elixir of life, water. Caffeine makes me too jumpy, plus aspartame is downright unhealthy. Beer is dangerous with all of the self-important water cops chugging around in $80,000 boats. Whiskey is dangerous because of what it does. And god help us all if you're drinking tequila on the water. Some juice or Gatorade is good occasionally to boost blood sugar and salt after a long day chucking rubber.

Cooler usually has a few Mountain Dews, a few Red Bulls, tons of bottled water, a few Gatorades and a few cans of beer. Celebratory beer. I haven't had to buy a new case in a few years....

I enjoy drinking beer but when casting for muskies it is almost impossible to do so. staying hydrated is key to fishing hard all day. fishing walleyes all day is a different story....

Gatorade or vitamin water for me. With all the money I spend to chase these silly fish, even though i can put it away, i do not need to be impaired.

We have water and beer in the cooler. It's usually too warm to drink the beers but it's nice to have a cold one if we put a nice fish in the net. The cabin is a short boat ride away - the cocktails can wait.

I like this poll. I go with beer. I can get 2 down backing boat down the ramp, and a couple more driving to the fishing spot. It is hard to cast and drink, so I just take a break if I want to drink. I seriously hate trolling, so the only way I ever troll is with a case of beer. Typically PBR

Just water. Not doing your hydration or your teeth a favor drinking pop when you need to stay hydrated. I avoid sports drinks too, really bad for your teeth, just snack to stay energy and electrolytes and stuff.

Mostly water and gatorade, i'll have a few beers at the end of the day and the boat ride back in. Maybe a cocktail at the cabin if i make it back for lunch. Margaritas aren't horrible for breakfast and they wash down the donuts, but it's mostly water and gatorade, maybe some captain, but mostly water and gatorade.

no beer while fishing . One if someone catches a fish . but when we get back to the cabin , fasten your seat belt

Eat a huge day old, room temp sushi breakfast. Get to the lake, pound one bourbon, one scotch, one beer. Then a quick technicolor yawn over the side to chum the water and draw in the pannies/bait fish. drink a gallon of water and cast for musky.

but reality is ..a couple beers and water/gatorade are the usual.

Always at least two jugs of ice water. If we're going early in the morning or if it's cold out a thermos of coffee makes an appearance.

I love a couple of beers and always need water in the boat but I found this new sports drink called Body Armor at Target. It's natural with no dyes or artificial sweeteners like Gatorade or powerade. Contains coconut water too. Tastes awesome instead of sodium has potassium for elecotrlytes. I don't like giving dyes and artificial stuff to my kids so we have them drinking it too during sports.

Water, water, and more water when I'm casting. But I usually bring a few beers if I'm trolling. And more water.....since I never bring enough.

Gatorade or soda for hydration. If only going for a few hour, and doing some trolling, might bring one Furious per person. Don't ever want to have enough alcohol in the boat for anyone to get in trouble. The sheriff boats always seem to pick the same lakes I do.
