Subject: Humminbird 788 and 858 finders won't save data

Location: Uxbridge Ontario		Hey guys, trying to figure out how to save my data, tracks and weypoints. Both my units save and track but they both end up over writing older data. So every time I mark a new point, it erases an old one.

I have tried exporting data to SD cards and have looked through the menus looking to save new inputs to card but not having any luck.

Any help?

I should also note that my finders are not linked together.

Next question, if I were to link my finders, are they able to share one map card or do they still require their own cards?

Location: MN		I have a 788 but can't remember what the max number of waypoints are.
If you reach max you can save all to card but will have to delete some from unit.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
