Anyone have any info on water temps or know of any lakes that have seen fish spawning in LOTW area? Seen it has been warm up that way the last few days, thinking it may got the spawn rolling. Hope they are wayy done and ready to go come June 20th.

Thats good news. I have found a few reports today that are saying high 50s low 60's water temps after the weekend on LOTW. That should get them going and done well before opener. I found the pics you were talking about at muskie bay resort page.

Last year we witnessed many muskies spawning during the opener and the fishing was tougher than most years ...for us at least. Wasnt until the end of the week the bigger girls were showing up.

That's a great sign. If the fish are spawning on Crow now they should be done everywhere by opener. Fingers crossed on a few weeks of good weather, this could be an awesome opener!

Cool, thanks justin. where do you think the muskies are at in relation to spawn?

I found this website that is pretty cool. Can constantly monitor water temp, wind speed/direction, air temp, and barometer from the weather bouy on LOTW

Looks like LOTW is holding in the mid 60's now. Yesterday it did slip over 70 for a little while on the bouy website. not sure if the sensor was in the sun, but either way.

Anyone else have any updates?

Had fish paired up along the shoreline on Crow on May 24th. I posted some pics on Facebook and those were probably the ones you saw. Crow is usually a few degrees colder than LOTW and i would think the spawn is done and things are good to go on both lakes by now.

We are having adult fish follow while fishing bass. Water temps near 70 on a calm day. The spawn is probably done for most fish. Water levels near normal, very little weed growth, if there's any weeds left?
