I had heard that a new Terrova with US2 transducer will not be compatible with my old LCX 26. Anyone have any experience with this?

Location: MN		Bought a Terrova two years ago that wS two years old at the time. The US2 works with my lcx20

After alot of searching. It appears as though I need a MKR-US2-10 adapter cable and all will be well.

Their info says with cable MKR-US2-10, US2 is compatible with a Lowrance LCX-26C.
