| The annual too many years in a row to remember swapmeet after the MInn Georges expo is again on us. You all know the drill but here's the details for the newbies.
WHERE- O'Garas pub on the corner of Snelling and Selby just 6 blocks west of expo.
O'Garas is one of St Paul's most famous nite spots. O'Garas loves having us every year and gives us their Shamrock room and puts on extra help to serve us. The food here is excellent consider having your dinner here after the show. TV'S to watch the games.
WHEN- Sat April 11th
TIME- "Does it matter" Muskie guys treat this the same has a consumer electronics geek on black Friday they will be there hours ahead of time looking to snipe the best deals,,,Officially though it's 7:00 pm after the expo.
What we do
"BRING IT ALL" ,,,rods,reels,lures lures lures anything that a musky slimmed on, or didn't that's why it's time to get rid.of it. DVDs,books,nets a boat in the parking lot if you want. No limit empty your garage. O"Garas Irish pub probably won't have a rainbow outside but there will Definitely be a pot of gold inside with musky treasure.

Just come hang out,,,lots of musky talk till they close the place down food,drink,tackle "what more in life is there",,,For you young guys the scenery is excellent on Sat nites they have a DJ in the "Shanty" and they bus in girls(literally) from the local campuse
All are welcome,,,,kids the family it's very comfortable here and there's no charge
"Remember" tables go FAST,,,,,,,get there early!!!!!!!!!!

| Hello,
I am planning on attending the swap on Saturday.
Does anyone have any interest in Dunwright tackle boxes? I have a tall box and a long big box. Both are used and not perfect but would be good options.
I can also bring multiple St. Croix premier Rods 8ft heavy> than 1, 7ft9xxxhvy, 7ft6med, a re-tipped 9 so it is almost 9.
I also have a couple Allstars and a 6ft6 Toothtamer.
Multiple abu 6500's.
See you there, just trying to see what I should bring due to space constraints. |

Location: North St. Paul, MN | The above post got me thinking...what is everyone bringing? I'm not in the market for anything specific, but will be making an impulse buy or ten. Father in-law decided last year it would be a good idea to dump his rod and reel set up in the lake...so, he'll be looking for a new reel for sure. Got a 6500C3 that works and is cheap? He'll buy it!

| I would like to get a terrova with iPilot, 80# or 110#. Will consider Motorguide with pinpoint. Would like to pay $500 and trade gear for the rest. Got toro's, nacl, lexa 400, all LH and way too many baits. Hope something can be worked out. |

Location: Iowa | Bring lots of cash guys...my dad is selling about 2/3rds of his baits, of which I am bringing to the swap. It includes 2 dunwright boxes $50 ea, 1 flambeau maximizer $40, cowgirls, supermodels, believers, suicks, wood pacemakers, rubber, ernies, burts, jakes, countless spinnerbaits, bucktails, 4 Calcutta 400s (barely used), 7 rods (a couple at croixs & fenwicks), crankbaits, reef hawgs, etc...he wants to unload it. It all just sits in the basement anymore when we go on trips anymore, most of it has never been used. There will be some GREAT deals to be had...no pre-sales, first come first serve basis...

Original Calcutta 400's, they're all in great shape, used only a couple times on fly in trips to Canada...prolly asking $100 a piece for them

I'm also adding a shimano cardiff 400a. $75 (serviced last fall)
and a 9' XH tele TI split grip for $125 (new last year)
as for prices on the items above...
Winch (60) = $175
7'6" TI XXH = $115 (2 years old)
6500c3 $75 (serviced last fall)
7'6" MH-F 3/4-3oz st croix musky mojo split grip = $115
(the 6500c3 and the cardiff both have 65lb power pro on them, the winch has 80-lb)

Location: MN | Wanted to thank those who organized the swap meet. I was able to attend for about an hour and had a great time. Next time im going to try and stay the whole time. I'm sure it was a good deal of work, even saw flyers in the bathroom.So again a big thank you. Also thanks for those selling it was great to chat with folks and meet some great people. |
