
Location: Grand Rapids, MI | The BD is great for med/big rubber, heavy gliders, etc. but it also works great for 10" suicks and large minnow baits. I find myself picking up one of these often because it's light in hand and fishes well. The BN can do much of what the BD does but it's heavier and doesn't handle as well IMO. The action is a little slower on the BN and keeps fish hooked well which makes it good in figure eights and it's my go-to rod for blades larger than size 9 fluted. |
