Location: Warroad, Mn | Do a google search on Kenora area realtors. There's lots of them from Kenora to Nestor Falls. Lots of properties for sale.

| I think an island called the Laughing Place is for sale. Great location near the Tranquil Channel and Johnson's Passage on LOTW.
DJ is right on googling. I listed those sites as I look at them almost evryweek. |

Location: Warroad, Mn | Laughing place is on Century 21, Bring your checkbook. I've actually bought and sold Canadian property on LOTWs. It's not real hard to do, all you need is money. There's a very attractive US/Canadian dollar exchange rate right now. Probably a good time to buy.

Look up Northwoods Realty out of Sioux Narrows as well. Bruce and Jake Bennet will have some listings on LOTW and surrounding areas.
Generally speaking, prices will go up the closer to Sioux Narrows and Kenora you get.
I have a friend that is selling a seasonal in the Kenora area after moving to the west coast. It would be worth a look and was still available last I heard.

| I know only Borderlandrealty.com . I've worked there years ago. But now I work for myself and invest in real estate and I'm very happy about that. Well, from the beginning, I was also an agent and worked for a real estate company. And I saved up money and decided to start investing in real estate myself, and I realized that without the help of business partners, I would not be successful and came across a site investment on property . I have found experienced partners who are very necessary in order to properly invest in real estate. Thanks to them, I have achieved success, and I believe that if you work with someone you will achieve success, so always look for partners, those who want to start doing business themselves, otherwise you will lose everything.

They treated us well, I'd highly recommend them. Especially because we were Americans, they helped out when we had questions. Also went with Copperfin CU for financing, great place as well. |
