Location: St. Lawrence River | Is the lifetime warranty transferable on a LT? If i were to pick one up used, as long as i have that rod i should be able to have the full warranty in the future if necessary?

Its the truely dishonest people that have ruined warrenty programs. The people that intentionaly break the rod to upgrade or get diffrent model. Thats why stc markes there 2nds n scrapes labels now. The guys at the store say the same thing. They dont ask so dont tell. You'll most likey have to pay $75 to replace it. Ive returned rods for friends and have told them that and theres never been a issue.
If you bought a used rod here n broke it. And it was a manufacture flaw, would you outright say you bought it used.? Just a question. |

Location: mercer wi | Then I guess if people want to that dishonest, to break a rod on purpose, thats their choice. Ive broke stc rods over the course of 20 years, most spinner rods, n have always been honest what had happened. And I payed my money for new. |
