Has anyone ever noticed an increase in numbers of fish by increasing there lure size? Catching more small fish when they up the size to larger 8 inch and bigger baits? Or no decrease at all in numbers when they up size, just more larger fish? Everyone speaks of down sizing, but might up sizing at times help? pressured lakes, stained water, or to create reaction strikes? Your thoughs are appreciated

I usually don't downsize too much in the spring, I chuck many larger jerkbaits with good success all year long, I have taken fish in the spring on 10" Jakes even. I really think it is a matte of presentation/location that really does the job.
