Location: north central wisconsin | Actually it is a good idea to do just what you are referring to during the summer peak. Fun to run down the actual weed "edge" with the electric, while place casts either side. Good tactic post spawn when the weeds pop, and the fish are still up. as far as bringing a bait up from the deep, much has been said about it by many writers. No need to go too deeply into it. It is worth the effort to do so with regularity. |
