Any of you guys had any luck fishing salt creek south of the pond near buses woods. The river runs right by my house and just wondering if fish move down the stream. My friend caught a 37' right below the #*^@ and I saw a guy catching mid 20 but ur fishing touching elbows. Just wondering if the fish mowe down the river andwhen would be the best time to target them. Got the inspiration from Keyes outdoors. I know its not Wisconsin but I bet many from the near 1000 go below the #*^@.

Definitely wouldn't put this stream in my list of must-fish fishing places but it's worth it if you're about 5-10mins away. I have caught a handful of muskies from here by accident, about 20 miles downstream from your area. 32-36 inchers. However, their presence in this creek is otherwise nonexistant and minimal unless you're below Busse where some will wash over the dam during high water periods.

I also bet many fish that wash over below the dam also get taken home.

Most fish between the dam and bridge in the large pool. They def go down stream though.
