Chuck Brod out of Mosinee shop called Sportsman's Repair is now the official place to take (send) them. He bought out all the parts from St Croix.

This is a early Dec 2014 new release:
Sportsman's Repair to handle all St. Croix reel servicing

Just a note that Sportsman’s Repair of Mosinee, Wisconsin, is now handling all repairs and service for St. Croix reels.

St. Croix has phased out of offering spinning, casting and fly reels. Chuck Brod, the owner of Sportsman's Repair, has purchased all of St. Croix's parts, and already stocks many of these parts through his relationship with Daiwa.

Daiwa makes that reel so the Luna parts will fit the StCroix reels.
Chuck at SM is a good place to send your St Croix reels
I also can and do work on them.
