| I don't have either boat, but I have known 2 people that have the Skeeter MX 1825. Pro's include good package pricing, lower freeboard to play/release fish, and the keel is designed for excellent tracking. Con's include smaller front deck, and a rougher ride than most fiberglass boats that size. |

| I love my Tuffy 1890 GT best musky boat I have ever fished from. I've owned 2 and hope to order another one soon when my 2012 sells.
There is a ton of room in this boat, have fished 4 many times. Front deck is huge
Rod locker will take 3- 9' rods and 4- 8'6"at same time.
Dry storage is really dry and there is a ton of it.
Boat is 96" wide and is very stable
I can fish in less than 2' of water if I need to.
There is a spot for net, I never have to move it or trip over it unless Im netting a fish.
Is very good in rough water and still sits low enough to handle and release fish next to boat very comfortably.
Is very easy to load and unload by yourself and is good in shallow landings

| I have a 90 Mercury 4 stroke EFI on it. With a 4 blade stainless prop.
It gets out of the hole quick. (whale fin improved that greatly)
Will run 37mph loaded with 3 guys and tackle.
Hope that answers your question

| Tuffy 1890 my favorite boat, it will handle anything from what Green Bay has to off with common sense to a pothole. It rides awesome, it fast 58 with 200hp engine. Under the gunnel storage for baits and whatever. Big front deck back end is just right tows easy also.

| Haven't fished out of the Tuffy, but I found the MX1825's front deck to be a bit small. Nice boat. You're only gettin one guy up there tho. |

Location: WI | In my opinion the skeeter has the least deck space in its class. Nice boat but not a lot of room to work. I have no idea how Keyes did three guys.
I just spent some time checking out the Recon 19' rig and have to say that may be the best layout for musky/ Multi species I've seen

Location: Minnesota | A 18 foot boat is a 18 foot boat. Big front deck less floor and rear deck space. It's all a give and take . I have fished 3 guys out I'm my boat once with a guide and a person at the lodge I was staying at.the guide and myself were up front I won't lie it was tight the 3rd was on the rear deck. Last spring I did a Wounded Warrior fishing event I had two rookies with I put one up front one on my rear deck and I fished in the middle it worked just fine most of the time I fish by myself. Find a boat that works for you what works for me might not work for you |

Location: Madison, WI | The single console 1825 will fish 2 on the front deck no problem. If you get a dual, then it becomes tight up there. The Tuffy deck is bigger but the cockpit is much smaller with the deck extension. Give and take as noted above.
