Location: oswego, il | No doubt a big fish jawbone. Keep in mind the jaw spreads much wider than it actually was in the fish. Still would have been nice to see what she looked like at her best. |

Location: Sawyer County, WI | If you look closely at the jaw, there are only eight teeth. That fish is clearly from Kentucky. |

Location: Eagan, MN | Photo credit is Gord Pyzer's. Hope he doesn't mind the additional exposure. Said to have been found in an Ontario lake and larger than the jaw of any fish Gord has seen, including his PB...a 57lber. |

Location: Lake "y" cause lake"x" got over fished | Thats cool, thanks for sharing. I can only dream of catching one with a jaw that big one day.
it could just be the picture, but that tooth on the right side has to be at least an inch long. Impressive!

It's not that I don't believe the jaw is real, but my first impression was it looked like 3 distinct layers. I don't know what the motive would be to do that so I am probably wrong but considering it hadn't been called out yet. There it is.

Except for the opposing votes of the few native born Kentuckians on here. Especially the one with half his teeth taken out by a Vietnamese bullet. Stereotypical jokes are so cool. But sometimes not so much. |

| Just saw the super bowl commercial for Jurassic world,,the genetic engineered new Dino looks smaller.
That hand is Not from a Kentuckian,,there's fingerprints on that thumb and those would have been burned off by age 6 Stiring a pot of moonshine everyday.

Location: Hayward, Wisconsin | Not unlike some of the other monster jaws found over the years that I have written about. No way in hell to know just how big a fish they came from though, but I'd be happy to catch one with a jaw like that and find out! |
