| I understand that most of you are going to splitrings instead of snaps. What size split rings? Do you guys use splitrings for jigs? Is it the same size?

| I use Bucher split rings on all of my leaders however I do it a little different than most. I use a solid ring at each end of the leader and attach the split ring to one and my line to the other. I only use a swivel on my bucktail rod.
The solid ring keeps the leader wire from working into the split on the split ring. I use the smaller size Bucher split ring on my jig rod. | |
