So i have a Penn slammer size 360, that i used for small swimjigs and so on, but it seems to birdnest quite often like 1/20 cast, pulls a bunch of line of in one big lump. I'm using 65 lb power pro.

Any suggestions?

Happy newyear from the other side of the big pond. :D

Sounds like the line isn't spooling well, and when you cast, a small 'loop' get's caught and pulls a bunch of line off all at once. Maybe a lighter superline?

Check the line roller to make sure it spins. Sounds like you may have some line twist. Try some nanofil. Great spinning line.

Good advice on the Nanofil, the stuff is great on a spinning rod.

Go to a lighter super line, 50# test. , We have been using 50# spider line on LSC and boated muskies up to 55"s on it and one 70" sturgeon all on spinning reel's with no trouble . WE use 100# Fluorocarbon , 50" leaders on 7 1/2 ft. rods for trolling , for casting we use 10" leaders. and do not over fill your real.

Trip the bail manually. Don't use the handle to trip the bail.
