My on board charger quit working on my boat. It is a Cabelas charger and is 9 years old. It just quit working gone day. It will not power up at all. There is no fuse on it just the wires to the battery and the plug in cord. I'm guessing it just finally gave up the ghost. Just seeing if any one had any thoughts. Thanks

Dual Pro!! I forgot to pull the plug on my old boat and we had a huge rainstorm come through which left the back half of the boat fully flooded. The dual pro was still charging my batteries completely submerged! It worked for many years after that also. I own a 3 bank pro series and love it.

They do that, I do not even flinch anymore, nor do I look at the years it has run. I run triple bank Pros and sooner or later one cell will go out. I cut the leads off tape it up, silicone it and boom a two banker is born...once down to one I mount it on a board so it can go from battery to battery, boat to boat.

This is mine. Love it. I had a two banker on my last Ranger and it lasted 15 yrs with zero issues -- until I lost my rig in a garage fire!

I'd get another if need be...
