What would be the design elements of a Perch pattern bucktail ?

Green and yellow tinsel or hair, maybe some black and orange?

What color blades would I use (double 8)

Here's a few suggestions to consider:
Black Perch - black over orange over bright yellow w/ black hackle (RED THREAD)
Green Perch - black over dark green over bright yellow w/ black hackle (RED THREAD)
With regards to #8 blades, you might consider:
1) one orange and one gold, copper or silver
2) one green and one gold, copper or silver
