Any dates for the 2014 outing. Hoping it is at Spring Bay again. They are such wonderful hosts and great facilities. We always have a great time.

I got the summer itch after all the snow and this up and down temps. I looked all over Lake Vermillion and Lake of the Woods - and I can't give this trip up. This trip is too much fun to miss.

Kim and I will be sending our deposit in for the August trip and would love to go to the fall trip. Just depends if the fall dates collide with the WI youth deer hunt.

Gordie and I have our reservations made for the Aug. outing. I won the Tooth Tamer rod last year there and love it. Not as good as my custom made rods but still great.

Hey guys,

Have they posted the rates for each outing, or do we just need to contact Spring Bay and get them?

thanks

Steve at Spring Bay told me the rates are the same as last year for the Aug. outing, $375 plus tax for the week.

This sounds interesting. Anyone bring their other half? I'd like to bring mine but, I'm sure she is gonna want to go shopping or something. I KNOW, she won't fish all day....

I will be checking the Vacation Book today. This sounds like a great time... Is there a thread some where with more info? What's the "agenda"? Just fishing and bs' n?

In the forum, go down about 3 threads from this one and there is the 2013 Spring Bay Outing Itinerary which should be close to what they do this year. Lots of dock side door prizes and tips. I won a $200 Tooth Tamer rod and a couple baits last year.

If I wanted to participate in one of these outings, where do I find all the details? This thread is all I could find.

Look in this same folder to past outings. For the most part they are consistent with events and seminar / topics

Did you look at last years itinerary? This years should be about the same. A weeks lodging, 3 meals provided by Spring Bay, I"m guessing panfish master Worrall will have a fish fry again, lures and rods given away. I've gone 3 years and it's a great deal.

This sounds like a blast. My wife and I are relatively new to Musky fishing, but it sounds like we could learn a lot on this trip and have a good time too. Going to book it with Steve. Anyone a wine drinker?

I'm sure my wife would be willing to sip on a bottle of wine. Looking forward to meeting a bunch of Muskie first members!

DHacker's other half and as he stated - a wine drinker if the opportunity presents. Glad to hear there will be a few other couple's this year. Looking forward to another great outing - doesn't get much better!

Sue's a wine drinker too. Too many and she gets seriously silly.

Sounds like we are all going to have a fun week. We will bring some homemade wine for all to enjoy! The snow can not melt fast enough.
