I just looked up the extended forcast for this week......

It looks like the highs from 71-78* and the nightly lows from 55-59*
Mostly cloudy with rain every other day and sunny only on Monday.
(Bring the 2nd pair of Rain Gear)

Pretty stable weather, maybe the fishing will be better than some of the past outings.
The campfire's at night are always interesting to say the least.....

This is the best deal in Muskie Fishing......$375. for a week of absolute fishing pleasure, and Spring Bay is one of the Best places to stay on Vermilion.
Their hospitality is second to none.
I know what I'm talking about,........ I've been staying there for the last 5 yrs.

Top shelf all the way, and the 'steak fry' is under sold...those steaks are the best of the best, and Joe knows his steaks. Plus, it's not a 'fry' at all, really, it's a full meal and steaks prepared on the grill. If you are not signed up, GET signed up, and we'll see you there!

I am considering coming up to the outing, if there are slots open at Spring Bay, and if someone has an open seat in their boat? And would you allow a well behaved dog? My summer trip was cut short and I am seriously jonesing! If I can rearrange some work stuff I should be able to swing it, so PM me if you have a spot.

Stupid Weather men,.....Now it looks like it will be mostly sunny with highs into the 70's and low 80's......Must be nice to be paid to be wrong most of the time.

ARMusky I can take you out a couple of times.....(I may have to work a few days) I'll put you on Muskies, but it's up to you to catch them.

Great! I have never had a problem locating muskies, just getting them to bite!!! Joe and Steve are going to let me have a boat as needed, but I prefer fishing with others. I should be able to have a partner most of the time with the guys who have offered to help me out. My mom lives up there, so since I don't see her much I will take her out for a trolling expedition or 2 as well.

im not sure I was out fishing getting a sun tan. most of the gatherings I was fishing I was on the east end of the lake most of the time and I was not going to drive back . but if I had to guess I would say there were around 25 . I caught a few pike lost one musky seen around 10 different muskies .I had a pair on one reef every time I hit it they showed themselves .the last day they were hot they chased every thing I threw at them except top water for 2.5 hours some times I think they were laughing at me. over all it was a good time
