Anyone know how to track down previous owner of a boat to ask questions? Dealer won't give any info.

Try and see if you can get through public records of who registered the boat if you know what state it was in from previous owner

Have you asked the dealer to give your contact info to previous owner? That way they are not disclosing any information, the owner can contact you if he wishes, or not. I did that with a used motor home many years ago. The previous owner was proud of the care he had given the unit and called and told me their history with it.
