Anybody have any issues with the second-third costs of epoxy? Mine keeps pooling and not sitting in the baits correctly...it won’t even out! I read somewhere that it could be oils on my hand, thoughts? If it is the oils, what’s the best way to rid them of the baits without harming them? Thanks!

Mineral spirits or rubbing alcohol will remove the oils

Some guys wet sand between coats to level them out/give the next coat better adherence. It can also be from humidity, so watch the levels where you are coating baits. You have to try some things and see what works best for you.
