I seen muskies swimming in circles biting each other today in indiana, at least two weeks past the normal time. I have to think those pewaukee fish are pre spawn.

DNR fyke nets showed some ski's post/ some pre spawn last week. All don't spawn at the same time!

Bite was poor. Most boats in our outing raised 2-6 fish. Non over 30" were caught.

Some heavy rains prior to Opener, + a 15-20 degree swings in water temp never seems to bode well. Water temps 2 weeks ago were around 43. Yesterday after 10 am, depending spot, temps 58-63.

Weather, spawn, It's all part of the process...don't worry, 2-3 weeks, things Will heat up!!!
