Pro Musky Trail to Visit Cave Run April 28 & 29.
Duane Landmeier PMTT Press Release Editor

Kicking off the 20th year of another exciting Professional Musky Tournament Trail fishing season wouldn’t be more complete than testing your skill on one of the most beautiful musky lakes located in the Daniel Boone National Forest, Cave Run Lake near Morehead, Kentucky. The PMTT Vitaminerals Spring Shootout hosted by the Morehead Tourism Commission will make its annual stop at this scenic lake on April 29 - 30.

The PMTT has become one of the most renowned fishing tournament circuits in the country. The PMTT brings together some of the best musky fishermen in the country to compete for big cash payouts throughout the year with a season ending championship prize being a brand-new Ranger 619 Fisherman & trailer, powered by a Mercury Outboard. The two-man teams will also be competing for up to a $20,000 prize for first place in the Cave Run event.

If you would like to test your skills at the Cave Run tournament or any of the qualifying tournaments and are interested in entering the events, go to www.promusky.com for details. Also, the public is welcome to follow the tournament in person at tournament central which is the Perkins Center in Morehead. The trail will be meeting there following each day. Saturday will be at 6:00 p.m. Sunday will be 3:00 p.m.
Hope to see you all at our event.
