Hiya,

I looked at these boats a while back...have a dealer in Northern MN that carried them. To me at the time, they seemed to have a bunch of models similar to alumacraft, with about the same fit and finish....Mind you this was about 8, 9 years ago...

Seemed like a solid boat back then, and seeing they are still around, I'd guess still going strong. Stronger following in the southern states maybe? I don't see many around up this way..

They build a wide line of flat bottoms and semi-V models, and built the bigger water V models a few years back to get into the walleye market. Solid build, nose down posture running trimmed out.

There are a lot in Ohio. I've never owned one but I've not heard a bad word about them either. I looked at them but went with Lund only because of the trade in difference my Lund dealer offered was substantially more than the G3 dealer.

If it is used, check the transom. At one point they used treated plywood in the transom that reacted with the aluminum. Look for bubbles in paint or repairs.

Four years ago I purchased a G31656 ccj from Marks marine in Warren Ohio. It’s a great boat, I have no complaints.
