If anybody has contemplated going but decided not to (for whatever reason)...I don't know how how you could not get your money's' worth here. I've been attending them for a few years now, and always pick some info that has been of use the following season(s). The wealth of knowledge these presenters bring (and have all been willing to share) is "priceless". The pearls you'll pick up will long outlast the latest hot lure you stood in line forever for at the big shows. You won't be disappointed if you go. See you there. Don

T3clay....Al Hutchinson is the instructor for the Muskie Rod Building Class. Information I received from coordinator Geoff Crandall is that the rod blanks are from St. Croix. I do not have info. on the length or action of the rods at this time. I will try to get more information for you soon. If the muskie rod building class is successful this year we will bring the class back next year.

Thanks

This is a very good school to attend. Don't miss it!
All people that attend school get 20% off Musky baits at Dorn's afterwards Saturday and Sunday only-- they are staying open late Sat. so out of state people can take advantage of sale after the school also.
See you there.

Great Turnout this year with many class choices.  Based on the student evaluations the instructors really hit a home run this year.
We had some excellent suggestions from our students for new classes next year and we will be pursuing several new classes..

The next school will be held on Saturday March 23, 2019, so please mark your calendars.

Many thanks to the very supportive student body, staff and instructors - they all worked diligently to help students get answers and new ideas to so they can be prepared for the 2018 season.

Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of charging admission?

Thanks to all who made it to the Muskie School this year! We hope you thoroughly enjoyed the day. We had a record attendance just shy of 300 students. Mark your calendars for next year: March 23, 2019!

P.S. Our lunch caterer admitted they did not bring enough chicken this year. It won't happen again!
