Just booked a trip to Cedar Lake Lodge July 14-21. First timers to Cedar coming up with our own boats, girlfriend and two kids. Looking for any suggestions on baits and/or locations to try for musky. I have fished LOTW for last 20 years. Looking for a change of scenery. Thanks in advance.

Al will hook you up with spots. They do an outstanding job letting new guests know where to fish. They will mark up a map for you. AS far as baits; buck tails and top waters will do most of the heavy lifting. My most productive have had some skirt/blade variety of Chartreuse/Black/ Flowage Green, Orange, Nickel & Black Chrome
