Alright all, with the plummeting water temps up in MN, we are going to forgo the trip to Big V (likely iced up in a month) this year and head to LSC for Thanksgiving Day weekend. Which side would you all suggest staying on? Canadian or American. No issues with passports for us so no worries there. This will be our first time fishing the lake, so any and all advice appreciated. From what I have read while searching on here, many suggested the Canadian side and fishing near the Thames river? Is one side of the other better as far as numbers and size? Thanks!

Canadian Side has a lot more fish. Thames is definitely a popular area. Anything around the river inlets can be good

If N or NE or E winds blow during or right prior to your trip do not come....the shallow water will turn muddy quick in Ontario...
