I have a brand new helix 10 SI.

Is this normal? (see attached).

Also, are the buttons on the Helix 7 supposed to light up?

no. i have a Helix 10 DI, looks like the middle lights are out. they all should light like the lit ones.

Call customer service (800-633-1468) with the serial number from the back of the unit, near the cable connections. They would be happy to assist you in getting the situation resolved.
