Forecast is looking like early ice unfortunately in MN. West Central MN wont go above freezing for a week straight starting this weekend. Ponds are already icing up.

Are any of the bigger lakes up in Vilas still holding in the 40's? I was hoping to get up there this weekend.

Thanks

Looking like this might be the last weekend to get out in Western MN.

Going to be real soon.
After the snow Sunday, temps will top out in the upper 20's and drop into the teens overnight all next week.

Yep. It's not looking good. If there's a good wind going all week Pelican might stay open enough to get out next week. DL will probably be locked up by Wednesday. I'm hoping so, because I already took thursday and friday off next week months ago.
