Any body know how to change transducer when you run si transducer and shoot through hull transducer on Helix 10 mega si. Or does it do it automatically?

Get a Y cable from humminbird. That way you plug the Y off the back of the unit and it splits the cable one to your Si/Di transducer and one to your 2d source. This way you shouldn't try lose depth while running on plane and your actually using two transducers but your unit only thinks it's one. That's how I run my helix 9 and you don't have to select anything

It's the right way, and frankly the only way it should be done.

Y cable- #720094-1 M SIDB Y

got the y cable and installed it. now all I have to do is epoxy shoot thru hull transducer. Kind of a pain having the rear compartment open and having to fill with water while on the lake to get transducer to read in a good spot.
