This is my first go at a dive/rise bait that has glide and walk. Initial water tests were extremely promising I'm sending it off for paint along with a couple other home builds sometime soon. I'm having this one done in tiger muskie pattern which should be really nice with the orange glitter tail. What do you guys think?

Looks nice, did you make a round blank on a lathe before cutting the flats or was it all shaped by hand?

It started as square stock, I kept the thick part of the body squared off in shape and the back is all round. I don't have a band saw or sander so it was all carved by hand or with dremel. Definitely time consuming as I am definitely learning as I go
