Location: MN | In Lakeville, MN store today, it was up to 30% off. Rods and reels were 10%, tackle/lures were 15%, and most clothing was 20%. Winter type clothing was 30%. Might ramp up soon as the company that bought the inventory has until the 18th to sell it off. Check Marcus Lemonis' Twitter feed for a Periscope video of what the breakdown is of what their plans are. |

Location: MN | From what I understood from his Twitter feed, the 18th is when Camping World will have control of the website. I think at that point, the current page that is up will be changed. The company that bought the inventory and distribution centers is selling is liquidating it currently and are the ones that put up that homepage along with the store signs. At least that's how I interpret it. |

I looked for a full cork Big Nasty everyday on EBay after I read your post. I was only able to find a Split Grip. So I bought a Shimano Conquest 401 instead. Coupon worked! $418.99 to my door.

Location: Madison, WI | Sounds like the Ganders are emptying out the warehouses still and sending that merchandise to the stores. A buddy that knows someone who works at Gander in Madison says they were still getting truckloads of stuff. Not sure if that is the "off brand" stuff showing up.
Still not really all that great on the deals...15%-20% for the most part. more for some of the clothing. I think they had like 2 months or so to get rid of it all so it might be another month before they really start dropping. Most fishing and camping (still in season) are 20%. |
