Was looking into Pipestone lake or lower/upper manitou. Anybody fish one or both that can tell me which has bigger population of big fish? Water clarity? Small month bass and northern pike population as well?

Fished Pipestone several days and nights, no hits, no runs ,no errors. Water gin clear and beautiful cabbage.. No fish, hard to explain.

I fished pipestone about 20 years ago (I was a kid). It was gin clear and had nice structure. We moved a handful of fish, but my dad liked to spend most days in the cabin... so we fished little. What i do recall was the massive size of the smallies. Some big ones in there and lots of them.
