| Hey guys!
I am new to the forum, and in general new to the world of musky and lure building. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I want to tie some marabou spinners, some potentially quite large. In looking at buying marabou online I find quite a bit of variety. Does any marabou work or is there a specific type or grade I should look for?? I am assuming longer feathers with smaller stems is what I would want, but how do I know thats what I am buying? Or should I look at plumes, etc?
Any advice would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Austin |

| Strung 3-5 inch turkey marabou. You can buy pre-tied coils, but that's no fun. I have some colors in bulk I'd sell cheap. PM me your number if interedted. |

| I have used Moores Lures for mostly, but went in with someone who ties a lot and split a bulk order from somewhere else recently. Much more costly by bulk if you don't tie a lot. So, I have a ton of feathers... HAHA |

Location: SE, WI. | For me, I like to hand pick my hair and boo dressings. I've ordered dressings on line, and it has been disappointing most times. JD |

| Me too JD. That's the benefit of buying bulk. |

| Where is a good place to buy in bulk? I tie a fair amount and all I have been able to find is 1/4 and 1 ounce packages. The 1 ounce packages are often in limited colors. |
