| Updates........ Tretsven, with a 42" on Sunday wins versus a Team Olson skunk. Tretsven is the new leader for overall points. There are a lot of points to be had yet with many matches coming up. A lot need to be scheduled, too. So with July upon us, keep watching your calendars for opportunities to set up matches.

| We have been in a 10 - 14 day match lull, but there are several coming up yet this month. Please review the MatchFishing info sheet attached. It has all scheduled matches recorded for those that I have been informed of via email......along with all year-to-date results. | The next wave of matches is starting today. K Team and Gerry's Girls Gone Wild are on the water as I type this. Two matches on Sunday and several more through the end of the month. *** Musky Maniacs may need to reschedule his 7/17 and 7/19 matches. These issues need to be resolved by the two teams communicating with each other, then letting me know via text or email what the outcome is. Updated spreadsheet with matches updated. | UPDATES!!!! I should be caught up through the 7/30/16 match. *** Please review the spreadsheet to make sure it is all up to date, including accurate matches you have scheduled, matches you have fished and matches yet to be scheduled as well as match results. Match summaries and fish photos since 7/15/16: 7/15/16: K Team vs. Gerrys Girls Gone Wild was a double blank tie 7/17/16: RamRod's 40" took out Randolph & Mortimer 7/17/16: Team Olson vs. Muskie Maniacs was a double blank tie 7/19/16: Muskie Maniacs' 40" took out Half The Can AND Worralls 7/22/16: Team Olson's 36" took out Gerrys GGW 7/22/16: Bateski vs. K Team was a double blank tie 7/30/16: Gurkha vs, Tretsven was a double blank tie Maniacs' gamble for taking on two teams on the same date paid off big. He moved into third place point total through today. Still quite a few teams that have enough matches left to make a move into playoff contention. Sounds like a few teams (mine included) have been snake bit or have a tough go during matches......such is our pursuit of muskies! Several matches are scheduled in August, with a material amount of matches yet to be scheduled. Aug 31 is the last date of the opening round fishing. Try get those matches scheduled this month. We'll move to the playoffs with whatever results we have, but it would be nice to have a complete sample of matches to determine the teams that advance. Good luck all.

| A couple of additional matches have been scheduled since the last update......by my records, as of today, there are only seven matches left to schedule. See spreadsheet attached. As I've mentioned a couple times now, work on getting matches scheduled. I understand if life/work prevent that from happening so let me know as soon as possible if a team can not fish all their matches. I have an idea of what to do if that occurs but it would take a few things to fall into place. So, I will wait to propose that until we see what is scheduled and how much time is left in August. | Match updates, photos and to date total of all teams' points for you: Bateski with a 40" beats a Gurkha skunk on 8/12 Lake Country OTF with a 37" takes out a Fargo YC blank on 8/13 RamRod and K Team duel to a double blank draw on 8/13 Beef Supreme vs G2 was a double blank on 8/14 Worralls vs Lake Country OTF was a double blank on 8/14 Six teams have completed all of their matches. There are actually several teams that are within striking distance of a playoff berth and a few down at the bottom with two matches remaining that could make some noise with big fish or lots of numbers. More matches to come this week and next.

| What a last few days it has been! 7 fish caught between 3 matches, with a couple dandy's in the mix.....45" and 47" (can you say "clutch"!?) Gerry's Girls GW, Beef Supreme and Musky Maniacs all made big moves in the playoff picture. No grim faces for the Beef boys over their last two matches  It's not over yet and three teams still have a shot at the next round, technically (12 teams have fished all of their opening matches). But, it will take big days for both teams in the 8/27 match between Lake Country OTF vs Randolph & Mortimer. Team Handlin and Team Worrall each have their last matches to go as well. 8/17/16 Bateski landed two 40" fish to beat Beef Supreme's 39" but Beef still made its move starting there. 8/18/16 Gerry's Girls GW put a stamp on their playoff chances by sticking a 45" to beat Lake Country's 37.5" 8/19/16 Beef Supreme then dropped its final bomb with a 47" to beat Musky Maniac's 35" 8/21/16 Randolph & Mortimer vs G2 ended in a double blank. Stupid Green Bay!

| Sometimes luck helps. We had already taken our loser shot when Colin wanted to try one last spot and picked up the 47". It is attached, I can't figure out how to put the picture into the post. Some say luck, I say good decision making  I have the same problem with Bateski's photos. I compress and save everyone's photos the same way, then attach to my posts. His photos attach but are the only ones that do not show up in the body of the post. I'm sure it's some simple tech thing that I could figure out if I messed with my settings. Whatever.
