| I would think you could have a local print shop make you a color printout of a Google Earth image at whatever size you want. Then have the local art shop frame it for you. Posts: 462 Location: Antioch, IL | google maps Satellite images from the internet might not have the resolution needed to blow them up. Try searching for hd satellite images. We wanted large wall maps for LOTW so we could all stand around and discuss the day as a group (not huddled over one map, flipping it over and over)..... I scanned my maps in the highest resolution I could (the scanner only went up to 11" x 17" so each map took 6 scans). I used some free photo software I got online to piece the maps back together into 1 file, now with front and back on one side, and had a wide format printer run them on the largest printer they had. It worked really well. (It was a bit of work piecing them back together, but the end result was worth it)
