The snow will soon be gone, but all that ice is going to be around for a while yet. When I went to Minocqua on Monday I saw two guys with their trucks on the lake over by Arbor Vitae. Kind of foolish, but there's no doubt that there's a lot of ice left.

The ice just blew out and is mostly gone as of yesterday down here on LSC. Now I have the itch extra bad seeing that open water. 9 weeks until the opener!
