Hello, I have been trying to get a hold of someone up at Sandy's BlackHawk Island with no success. I have tried emailing directly, the email form on their website, and even found a phone number. I have not gotten any response after a couple weeks. Does anyone no a good way to get a hold of someone? I would like to talk about booking at trip in 2018.

Thanks!!

They take awhile to respond from what I recall. They book up incredibly quick too. There are plenty of camps within that area, I'd suggest looking at backup options

Three words: Angle Outpost Resort.
I have stayed at Sandy's and the lodging is very nice. Having said that Sandy's is more expensive in terms of lodging and gas plus the pain in the nice try of having to boat out to the island from Young's Bay. The boat ride from Angle Outpost adds maybe 5 minutes to your travel time.

I've had the same experience in the past. They don't respond. And i tried multiple ways to try and contact them. Hate to say anything bad about a place but it's just what happened to me also.

Same response here.....which means no response from them. If they are full all the time, great for them, poor business practice to not get back to people though.

I can't say enough about Flag Island Resort. Check it out.

I am heading up to Sandy's in the morning. I will ask them what the best way to contact them is. My uncle has been going there for years and has one of their personal numbers I guess, but he, too, says they are slow to reply. I'll report back ASAP.
