As a Minnetonka resident i was able to attend State Senator Steve Cwodzinki's town hall this morning at Minnetonka HS. Mr. Cwodzinki's is on the Environmental and Natural Resources Committee that will vote on this bill. I submitted a very pointed question asking him what his position on the issue was. I've uploaded video of most of his response here:

A very typical political answer, non-committal one way or another, but what i took from it was that common sense will dictate his vote.
