how much does it cost ruffly to replace a needle in an air brush?

Depends - I have an Iwata Eclipse and replacements are $9 at Hobby Lobby. Some are more and some are less. In a lot of cases the shipping for a replacement will cost you more than the needle. Check Hobby Lobby or Michaels and you may be able to find a replacement without spending a lot of $$.
