The ban is on stocking all of Otter Tail County, not just Pelican and Battle. It also takes $100,000 from the game and fish fund to do a "study" that will be biased as soon as stocking is eliminated. Additionally, it seeks to form a "stakeholder" group of cherry picked individuals. There is a lot of bad in the legislation. Calls are needed asking to remove all of the language.

The two people that need to hear from everyone are:
Representative Kurt Daudt (R)
Speaker of the House
651-296-5364 or 800-710-7642

Majority Leader
Paul E. Gazelka (R)
3113 Minnesota Senate Bldg.
651-296-4875

Please call today.
