Location: Rockford, IL | Thinking about heading up to Monona this weekend....J/w if anyone would be willing to share any info in terms of water temps, recent reports, possible hot spot or 2  any particular lures that work well here...things like that. I've fished it a few times here and there, and have had a few follows, but the fish that were boated earlier in the spring were all less than 30". Also, does anyone know if the Olin Park launch is accessable, docks in still, construction detours on John Nolan I should know about? Seems like every time I have gone to Monona there has been some kind of construction or marathon going on that screws up the traffic.....Any info would be awesome. Thanks.
