Location: Watersmeet, Michigan | Hi all. I'm headed out to Lake Vermilion on Saturday. Updated my Humminbirds (998 and 958) and had planned to do an update on my Platinum maps, but for the life of me, I cannot get the Navionics Chart Installer to work. I've tried this several times over the past year using both Firefox and Internet Explorer as browsers, and all I ever get is my computer hanging, unable to run the plug-in.
Any one else have this problem? Short of calling Navionics, which I may do if I have time, do you have any ideas?

| Virus software? |

Thanks.

| Try and uninstall the current version of chart installer and reload it, usually fixes it.
Are you doing this a work computer ? |

Location: Watersmeet, Michigan | Thanks to Kirt for helping me with this. Downloaded the installer onto my laptop and it works fine. There must be something on my desktop interfering with the app.
