New moon always seems to be hot for us in Washington. Loud topwater, dragged slow and steady!

Slammed a 50" last night.... slow rolling willow blade spinner baits and giving a few pumps now and then.

I lost the biggest fish of my life (52-54")ten feet from the net last night. Burning a spanky at 730pm. Exactly moon set. Hero to zero real quick. But that's our game. This one will haunt me for ever.

Got my first 50 over, more exactly a 51'' on the figure 8. Used to be specialized in trolling this was my first ever casting catch... and what a catch it was. She went back in the water in shape.
