Here is a short video of one of my good clients, Richie C....up on Cass Lake....
Just how outside of the box do you have to think everyonce in a while????? I guess his new lure was displacing a bunch of water.....pushing and producing a wake...fish couldn't resist. Just 100% unreal. Good Job Richie!!!!

I can see it now...everyone goes to the grocery store, picks up all the cooked cornish game hens and starts catching monster fish!! That was just downright funny!!

Just awesome!! I can hardly believe what I just saw. I don't have sound here at work, but I'd love to know what motivated him to bring a little chicken/C.Game hen with him and throw it behind some blades. .

I am hoping there will be a scheduled muskie first chat on bar-b-Q sauces. there appears to be some confusion as to the best conditions for mesquite vs. hickory.

Big deal. Throw a chicken on a string, or better yet, a rack of ribs, and drag it past me and I'll attack it. And I'm a hell of a lot bigger than that musky.

Here in NJ we prefer to use smoked chickens, sauce is not necessary and just makes a mess in the boat, great video. Good hickory smoke will bring out the predator in anyone
Thanks!

Mike- ROFLMAO Thanks for posting this. Who says muskie fisherman don't get creative? "11th hour lure's" Now we have a whole new lure catagory!
Most fisherman I've fished with know I'm a bit outside the box!
Have fun!

Don't you mean, "Just how outside of the BUCKET do you have to think?"
Was that crispy or grilled? Looks like the MAC will need to revise the rule book for the upcoming Cass Tournament. No, live bait(including cats), or KFC.

I have an idea. We could put chicken feathers on our lures. We could call it the, um, Musky Marabou or the Funky Chicken!
